1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pharcade1 platform in any way, you enter into a legally binding agreement with pharcade1 ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who participates in any game, promotion, or offer on the platform.

pharcade1 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of pharcade1 after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly so you always know where you stand.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pharcade1, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine online gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion database or prohibited persons list under Philippine gaming law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pharcade1 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

pharcade1 may ask you to provide proof of age or identity at any time. If you cannot verify your eligibility, access to your account may be restricted until verification is complete. Any winnings earned during an unverified period may be withheld pending identity confirmation.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) pharcade1 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. If pharcade1 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.
• pharcade1 will never contact you to ask for your password.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@pharcade1.best.
• pharcade1 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have not taken reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pharcade1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, and major Philippine bank accounts including BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pharcade1 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your payment provider.
• pharcade1 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours on business days. Some transactions may take longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
• Winnings must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• pharcade1 reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal above ₱50,000.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pharcade1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general conditions outlined here.

• Bonus funds are typically subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated on the offer page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, or abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• pharcade1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Refer-a-Friend bonuses are subject to the terms on the Refer a Friend page and require the referred player to complete a minimum first deposit.
• VIP Club rewards are governed by the VIP programme terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Gameplay & Wagering Rules

pharcade1 hosts games provided by licensed third-party software providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by pharcade1 or the player.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. pharcade1 cannot reverse a bet after it has been submitted.
• In the event of a technical fault during gameplay — such as a disconnection mid-spin — the outcome will be determined according to the game provider's own fairness rules and the most recent server-recorded game state.
• Any winnings resulting from a software error or malfunction will be considered void. pharcade1 is not liable to pay out winnings that arise from a system error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pharcade1 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to manipulate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics or bonus systems.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud or money laundering.
• Attempting to use stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Any form of cheating, hacking, or reverse-engineering of pharcade1 systems or games.

pharcade1 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and will report any suspected illegal activity, including money laundering and fraud, to the appropriate government agencies.

8. Responsible Gaming

pharcade1 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We genuinely care about the wellbeing of our players. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a way to earn income or solve financial problems.

We offer the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you've been playing for an extended period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is retained for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable Philippine law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pharcade1 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, and written content — is the intellectual property of pharcade1 or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this platform without prior written consent from pharcade1.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pharcade1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to system faults, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to adequately protect their credentials.
• Decisions made by players based on information found on third-party websites or external sources.

pharcade1's total liability to any player in any given calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the same calendar month.

12. Account Termination

pharcade1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at pharcade1 staff or other players.
• Provision of false identity information during registration or verification.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within 3–5 business days.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of pharcade1 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

To raise a complaint, contact our support team at support@pharcade1.best. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 7 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
